The floral contract we email to you goes into great details on the process, what to expect and terms, it’s the clients responsibility to read and understand before placing deposit for order. If you have any questions please reach out before deposit is paid. $50 deposit is due at time of booking, this is non-refunable, and comes off the total for your order.

In the event of damage, theft, vandalism or other casualty or to other causes beyond our control such as, without limitation, acts of God, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires, floods or the like, while your flowers are in our possession, precious memory designs, shall not be held liable for any amount beyond payments made through the date of such loss.
